Important Notice

British Airways tickets are often subject to specific fare rules. It is highly recommended to review the "Fare Rules" section available during the flight search result before confirming the ticket purchase.

For Non-Refundable Tickets

• If a British Airways ticket is non-refundable, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
• The traveller will not be entitled to claim any refund against unused taxes or services.
• In case of schedule changes, delays, or cancellations, refund decisions rest solely with British Airways.
• If a refund is approved by British Airways, our agency (bretishairways.in) may charge a convenience fee of up to INR 1000 for Domestic flights and up to INR 3000 for International flights, or as per any prior agreement made between the client and the agency.

For Refundable Tickets

• Tickets eligible for a refund must follow the cancellation process properly to receive any applicable refund.
• NOTE: No refund will be entertained in case of a "No-Show" at the airport.

Cancellation Through Travel Agency

• The cancellation request must be submitted at least 48 hours before departure (excluding weekends) or earlier if the travel falls near or during a weekend.
• The customer must call our agency and also send an email requesting the cancellation, mentioning the reason for cancellation (optional).
• In cases of medical emergencies, British Airways may allow a partial or full refund upon submission of valid documents.
• Our agency will check the cancellation rules with British Airways and inform the customer about the cancellation charges (including agency service fees) before proceeding.

Cancellation Directly Through British Airways

• For cancellations made between 24 hours to 6 hours before flight departure, customers are advised to directly contact British Airways customer service.
• British Airways staff will assist according to their current policies. Approval or rejection of cancellations remains entirely at the airline's discretion.
